Pumpkin in Korean
Delicious, bright and spicy pumpkin turns out. By their taste properties are not inferior to Korean carrots, but still very useful. Can be used as a standalone snack or add to salads. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    150 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    15 ml

  • Salt

    0.3 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    2 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.3 tsp

Cooking

Pumpkin peel and grate on a grater for Korean carrot. Add salt, sugar and vinegar. Mash everything together with your hands.

Add the hot pepper and all mix well

Garlic skip through the press and lay heaped on the pumpkin. Oil to heat and pour on top of the garlic. Mix well. Let stand the salad for 1 hour.
