This light, airy salad will satisfy many fans of celery. Honestly, I was very surprised that among so many celery salad this simple recipe is not on the site. I prepared this salad for countless years, and with the advent of lean mayonnaise salad was always present on my meatless holiday table. Dedicated to all fans of celery.

Celery root wash, peel and grate on a coarse grater.
Green Apple peel, grate on a coarse grater. Apples squeeze of juice, but without fanaticism.
Grated celery and grated Apple mix well and immediately fill with mayonnaise, to prevent darkening of Apple. Mayonnaise, I recommend adding slowly and mixed thoroughly, then the salad will be air and not clogged with mayonnaise.
