Cheese bagels is a delicious treat, familiar to many from childhood. This incredibly delicious baked goods helps on those days when you absolutely don't want to go to the store and have on hand the most common products from which you can create a wonderful and easy to prepare dessert.

Cooking
For the dough I used CKD. In warm milk dissolve the yeast, add eggs, sugar, salt, cheese, butter.
Knead the dough. Leave the dough in a warm place for 40-60 minutes to rise. I left CKD.
The contents of the sachet dissolve in 100 ml of cooled milk and stir.
Boil one Cup (200ml) of milk, pour it in the dissolved cream and cook until boiling, stirring constantly. The cooled mass was slightly beat with a mixer at medium speed.
The dough should increase by 2-3 times.
Divide the dough into 2-3 parts, each roll into a circle and cut into segments. On each slice put 1 tbsp of custard.
Segments to twist the bagels and lay them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and greased with vegetable oil.
Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees, 15-20 minutes, until it will turn brown. The finished rolls sprinkle with powdered sugar.
