Pancakes with green onion and egg

There is a problem in disposing such a large number of green onions. I remembered a favorite childhood cakes with green onion and egg, but frying in butter - fat and baked - my husband does not like. Then spontaneously had this muffin recipe - "Golden mean". It was very tasty and not greasy.

Milk is heated and bred them with sour cream. The liquid should be about 35 degrees. Pour sugar in it. Put the yeast, I chose the "SAF-moment", all mix and leave for 10 minutes in a warm place for the yeast started to activate.
