Green smoothie
This magic drink is consumed in the morning for half an hour before Breakfast. it is a perfect alternative to coffee and tea, gives energy and vivacity for the whole day. Prepared quickly. It is important to drink immediately after cooking, so if you want to save time in the morning, in the evening to prepare, chop all the ingredients, and then in the morning just put in the blender, grind and enjoy :)

  • Celery root

  • Apple

  • Mandarin

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    1 piece

  • Dill

  • Coconut shavings

  • Water

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Prepare all the necessary ingredients
