Eateries tomatoes
Small tomatoes in the marinade, ready in exactly one week. In my opinion, sour because of the vinegar (I prefer salted "grandmother" way tomatoes), but maybe someone will like it.

Ingredients

  • Vinegar

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    60 g

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    6 piece

  • Garlic

    10 tooth

  • Tomato

    800 g

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Oregano

    1 coup

  • Olive oil

    100 ml

Cooking

Vinegar, water, sugar, salt, herbs, pepper and 2 whole cloves of garlic to cook for 10 minutes. Simultaneously in another saucepan, pour boiling salt water washed tomatoes, after 3 minutes drain the water and tomatoes along with oregano and remaining garlic to lay down in a clean jar. Pour the marinade, pour on top olive oil. Close the jar and leave in a cool place (not refrigerator).
