Bread recipe, or rather its idea, I saw on one of the Japanese cooking sites and fell in love with him at first sight! Sakura flowers were replaced by flowers of Apple trees (the cherries are gone!). With biscuit I had a dream, in it consisted of paste - Shiro, which is made from Japanese white beans, I replaced it with cream cheese! Because Shiro had to be replaced and cream, I made some of my, who invented a long time ago! Try it!

How to cook pickled Apple blossoms (cherry)? Very simple: pour them in wine vinegar and put under the press for a week.
