Cooking
To create this miracle, we need a very simple and affordable ingredients - flour, warm water, butter and salt. All the magic here lies in the method of preparation. So, mix 1 Cup flour with 1/2 tsp salt and about a half glass of warm water and knead stiff dough.
Add to the dough a teaspoon of soft butter (or plain vegetable) and thoroughly knead the dough again. As I have said before, the dough is very strongly absorbs our feelings, thoughts and emotions, so here, too, will have to apply a bit of magic. Our beads are well swollen and it turned out very tasty and crispy, think about something light, airy and pleasant, while knead the dough.
Wrap the dough in cling film or cover it with a damp towel and leave for half an hour. During this time, our dough will relax and acquire new properties.
Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and roll them into balls.
Roll each ball into thin small tortilla.
Heat the vegetable oil to a small, but sufficient for frying temperature and submerge in a cake. Oil should be sufficient.
Immediately our flapjack like magic, begin to swell and turn into a crunchy ball. Gently imbedded it with a slotted spoon and would help him evenly and swell to well.
After a few seconds, flip the ball to the other side and fry for another few seconds until Golden brown. Fry each tortilla separately and lay out on a paper towel or napkin to remove excess oil. Then slide the received crispy balls in a separate plate and serve hot.
Be happy and healthy! Bon appetit!
