Easy fish soup
I love to fish, grew up on the don. Mom says that at 4 months for both cheeks was eating soup made from burbot. Today I'll offer you my favorite soup, it is delicious, unusual. In General it is absolutely wonderful dietary fish soup.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    400 g

  • Celery root

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Curry

    0.5 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Dill

Cut lengthwise, washed, but not peeled the carrots and onion, pripecia in a dry frying pan to brown markings.

In a saucepan, pour 1.5 liters of water, put the fish pieces and onions with the carrots. Remove all the foam, add a little salt, simmer for 30 minutes. Sieve the broth. Fillet of fish separate from the bones.

Cut the leeks in half lengthwise, rinse from the sand. Then slice crosswise very thin half-rings. Celery clean and cut into cubes with a side of 7-9 mm

In a pan heat a some oil, put the celery and cook, stirring, 5-7 minutes. Stir in the leeks, cook, stirring, 5 min.

Stir in curry, add soy sauce and cook for a further 5 min.

Into the broth put vegetables and simmer for another 10 minutes. Add salt to taste.

Before serving put in a bowl of soup with pieces of boiled fish and dill.
