Potatoes

Apple

Chicken egg
2 piece

Mustard
3 Tbsp

Sesame

Vegetable oil

Salt
Cooking
Fish cut into portions.
Season with salt, coat with mustard.
Peel the potatoes, Apple and remove the seeds and clean the skin.
Grate the Apple and potatoes on a grater.
Add the eggs, salt, mix well.
Squeeze.
Stick a piece of fish potato-Apple mixture on all sides.
Fry in hot oil until Golden brown.
Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds. Bon appetit!!!
