Very tasty casserole. The taste of childhood, somewhat similar to sour cream. I recommend to cook! My daughter she very much relished!

Cooking
In the recipe use oat bran cereal TM Mistral
Oat bran cereal to mix with sour cream, kefir and leave for 5-10 minutes
Add eggs, soda and cottage cheese,
All beat with a mixer
Spread in a greased form for baking. Bake in the oven at 180C for 30 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle the casserole with condensed milk and garnish with nuts
