This recipe is from the series "podpodushkin in the supermarket." Saw these sandwiches on the eve of, well, their composition is not difficult to guess. Made last night as the appetizer. All sandwiches liked, and much labour in cooking no.

And so:take rye bread (any, I got bread), cut into pieces (rectangular or square). In the middle put a piece of herring.
To take a picture of the finished spreads I forgot, so I write here. 1. beets to grate + mayonnaise + garlic, salt, pepper (to taste). Mix well. 2. carrots to grate + mayonnaise + garlic, salt, pepper (to taste). Also mix well. 3. cottage cheese and eggs RUB on a grater + mayonnaise and garlic (to taste). Mix well. I took a teaspoon at a time, laid out around the herring cooked spreads.
That's got these sandwiches. Lay them on a dish and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
