Pie with chicken breast
Yes! With chicken breast and cheese crust! And no, absolutely not dry! Delicious, beautiful and "rich" cake! Cook it pretty simple! And fun - the sea! In my family, pie was liked by all without exception! Recipe shared culinary expert - Sergey Kalinin. He called it one of the best recipes for chicken breast! And I'm with him, I would agree! :) The recipe is also suitable for a slow cooker.

  • Vegetable oil

So, let's cook this delicious cake! :) I suggest you start with the stuffing because she had to marinate 10-15 minutes Chicken breast cut into small pieces. Add salt to taste, pepper, thyme (0.25 of a teaspoon), which I was not :) and I added instead a bit of seasoning for chicken.

All mix and add the vegetable oil. Again stir, remove aside and forget!

While the chicken is marinating, prepare the dough. Take ONE egg, salt, sugar, water, lemon juice and mustard and whisk until smooth.

Then a thin stream pour in the vegetable oil and whisk until the mixture whitens.

Add the remaining eggs (3 PCs.) and cream. Beat again!

Sift flour and mix with baking powder. Beat all together with flour and get the dough.

The dough is quite liquid. So it should be.

Onion cut into half rings. Cheese grate on a coarse grater.
