Description
The recipe for this cake I found on a foreign site called "Strawberry Cream Cheese Coffee Cake", baked 2 times - delicious! And when I tried to load the recipe to the site, checked and found a recipe exactly the same cake on the site "Eat at home". I can not share with You the recipe for this wonderful cake, which so harmoniously combines 4 different layers!

Cooking
Wash the strawberries, if large, cut into pieces, put into a saucepan.
Add the strawberries sugar, put on fire.
In a bowl, combine the cornstarch and water.
When strawberry let the juice (after boiling to cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes), add cornstarch, stir in water.
Gently stir to bring the mass to a thick (after adding the starch to cook for approximately 2 minutes on a slow fire). Strawberry mixture remove from heat, let it cool down to room temperature.
Prepare cheese layer. Cream cheese on low speed beat with a mixer until smooth (about 20 seconds).
Add the egg, beat again a bit.
Again, whisk until obtaining a homogeneous mass. The cheese layer is ready.
Now prepare the dough. Mix sifted flour and sugar.
Then add cold butter, cut into pieces.
With a fork or a special cutter to carefully grind the mass to a state of crumbs. Measure out 3/4 Cup of the received chips for sprinkling on top of cake - this is the fourth layer of cake.
To the remaining crumbs add the baking soda, baking powder, salt and vanilla, mix thoroughly.
In another bowl with the sour cream add the egg, slightly beat mass.
To flour mixture add sour cream.
Stir with a spoon. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Split circular shape with a diameter of 20 cm grease with vegetable oil, put the dough, spread the dough to form bumpers.
On the dough put the cheese layer.
For the cheese layer carefully with a spoon to spread the cooled strawberry layer.
Sprinkle pie postponed crumbs (3/4 Cup) evenly on the surface of the strawberry layer. Bake pie in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 50-55 minutes. Immediately after baking remove the cake from the form - allow the pie to cool for 20-30 minutes in the form of shifting it to the bars. Bon appétit!
