One of my most delicious and favorite desserts — flavored plum jam. This sweet jam is made from the halves of the plums with sugar and spices, which are languishing in the oven until jelly-like consistency, at the end of simmering the jam are pieces of fruit. Very fragrant and tasty to satisfy your sweet tooth! Simply toasted toast for tea; ice cream and cottage cheese will always be delicious! And what jam is a beautiful color - a miracle!
Plum rinse with cold boiled water. Spread on paper towel and dry well.
Plums cut lengthwise and remove seeds.
Halves of plums to put in a heatproof baking dish.
Sprinkle plums with lemon juice, sprinkle them with sugar (sugar can be put and a little less, but I love it so sweet!), add the star anise and cinnamon sticks.
To give the workpiece to stand for a couple of hours to start to separate the juice. At the expiration of time to put a form with plums halves into a preheated oven (150 degrees). Cook the jam for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. You may need more time, it all depends on plum. Simmer the fruit until the syrup has thickened. Cinnamon sticks and star anise out of the finished jam. Hot jam put into sterilized jars, close the key.
