Lean bagels
These bagels economical for them requires neither eggs nor dairy products. They are also good for those who are fasting. They also do not require a margarine that contains harmful preservatives.   • Yeast

In lukewarm water dissolve the yeast, add the sugar and a pinch of salt. In a bowl sprinkle half of the flour. Gradually, portions add the diluted yeast, sunflower oil, flour and chop with a knife, thus vymeshivaem dough. The dough rises during mixing and cutting.
