This, of course, not a real banitsa, and the option for lazy people like me ))) and a very similar recipe already on the website from Lisicki, but still, maybe my additions will be helpful. It turns out very tender, juicy dish.

Pita to grease well with butter and evenly spread the cheese across the surface.
To roll along in a dense loaf. Cut into pieces, I cut about 7-8 inches, put in greased with butter form. (Cut the roll into pieces to from of well soaked). Mix the sour cream and 5 eggs, add salt and pour this mixture our "bannitsa". Nowhere on top of a pita to look out not have. And leave to soak for 20 minutes.
Put in a preheated 180 deg. the oven and bake until Golden brown (about 30 min). Take out, cut, serve. Bon appetit!
