Vegetable pie in a pita
Lately I can't imagine my menu without pita. A very versatile bread!!! Here, a pie with vegetables in pita bread baked! What do you say -- fast, simple and very tasty.

  • Pita

    220 g

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Cabbage

    300 g

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Green onions

  • Dill

  • Dutch cheese

    200 g

  • Yogurt

    1.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Paprika sweet

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

For the filling will suit anything. Spices, too, can choose according to taste. I have a vegetable mix of boiled potatoes, cabbage, zucchini, bell pepper, green onions, dill. Zucchini and bell pepper finely chop. Young cabbage finely shinkuem, lightly crush. I not pre-fried, put as it is. Old cabbage should stew.
Separately prepare the sauce. In kefir grated cheese, salt, pepper, pour vegetable oil. Spices, if necessary, garlic. Next, 1/2 Cup of fill add to vegetable stuffing. The rest of the mass will be useful to fill the General pie.
Spread the filling on pita bread, wrap rolls (I had 2 pieces), put them in a spiral in a greased with butter form. The bottom of the form to lay the lavash is not necessary.
Pour kefir-cheese cake mixture, sprinkle with paprika and bake it in the oven. Bake until Golden brown (I have at 220S, 40 minutes). I served the cake with Greek yoghurt. Very tasty, both cold and hot. All a pleasant appetite!
