I like Oriental sweets and today offer You delicious, tender, moderately sweet and fragrant biscuits kurabe coconut (Hindistan Cevizli Kurabiye). The recipe is very simple and will not take much time to prepare, but the result certainly will please.

Cooking
Separate the whites from the yolks. In a bowl sift flour with baking powder, add sugar, softened butter and egg yolks. Knead well until the dough elasticity.
Make dough balls the size of a walnut.
Egg whites, lightly beat with a fork. Now dip each ball of dough first in egg whites, then coat in coconut flakes and spread on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake kurabe in a preheated oven at 180C, until lightly Browning, about 15-20 minutes.
