Swiss casserole for hungry skiers
Very long walk in circles around this recipe. Despite the availability of products, their combination seemed strange to me. But approaching freezing seduced me to take a chance and try what is are treated to the tired and hungry skiers in the Swiss Alps... the Full portion was very quickly swept away by the tired and frozen girls-figuristoj Cami and our family. Don't be afraid to try new and unusual!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Pasta

    250 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Nutmeg

Peeled potatoes washed and cut into medium cubes, pour boiling water, add salt and cook for 15-20 minutes after boiling water.

Here is a "mountain cheese". Taste - pronounced, smell fragrant, I would even say smelly, the consistency - hard cheese type Gouda, Russian.

Boil in a saucepan the milk and cream, add half of the grated cheese and let it melt.

Season with salt and pepper and season with nutmeg to taste (I added 1/3 tsp)

Put the oven to warm up. Add to potatoes pasta (fusilli, lasagne, macaroni in a short format) and cook together for another 5-7 minutes after boiling. In the end, drain through a colander.

Form for baking grease with vegetable oil. Put boiled potatoes and pasta, pour the creamy cheese sauce, sprinkle with remaining cheese. And bake in preheated oven 5-10 min.

In 2 tbsp oil fry until zolotisty onions rings. Put onions on top of casserole.
