Soup sister-in-law of Ezy
Ezogelin corbasi. Delicious Turkish soup with cereals. One of povarenkov wrote about the legend of this soup, but the recipe I have another.

Ingredients

  • Broth

    2.5 l

  • Lentils

    200 g

  • Bulgur

    100 g

  • Figure

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Mint

    2 tsp

  • Salt

Cooking

In a large saucepan, melt the butter.

Onion and garlic chop, fry in oil until Golden brown.

Add the tomato paste, mix well. Continue to cook for a few minutes.

Add the rinsed grains (rice, lentils and bulgur). Mix

Pour the broth, add pepper (red and black) and mix. Cook for 30-35 minutes on low heat. 10-15 minutes before end of cooking add the mint and salt.

Then wipe through a sieve to make the soup wasn't porridge. Part of the grains still can be left in the soup.

Serve with quartered lemon. In Turkey mostly eat soups, basting with lemon juice.
