Bouillabaisse in Rostov
Delicious, rich fish soup. Our response Marseilles fisherman's stew. The soup is so hearty and self-sufficient, that may be the only dish on the dining table. Experiment with the composition of seafood, customize to fit your preferences to Your taste.

Fish trivia, heads, fins of the fish boil the broth with the addition of onion, carrot, stalk celery, greens (not necessarily to use such additives in the broth, you can add what you like). Do not salt at this stage. The longer you cook the broth, the tastier it will be our soup. Will be enough and hours. I made the broth the day before and left to cool with the fish.
