Rolls of pita stuffed with fresh vegetables. A great snack for losing weight the public. Without the fat!

Ingredients

  • Pita

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Vegetables

    200 g

  • Greens

  • Spices

Mix cottage cheese with mustard. Or hot sauce, or horseradish, or garlic. Get pasta for our roll - a low-calorie alternative to mayonnaise, and melted cheese.

Spread a thin layer of cheese on a piece of pita bread.

Vegetables cut small cubes, carrots and turnip shred on a grater. Greens coarsely chop. Spread evenly on a sheet of lavash. Options: - cucumber, sweet pepper, parsley (pictured); - carrots, lettuce, peppers, etc. Can be a bit of salt and pepper. But, to my taste, quite acutely, salt and pepper excessive.
