Cooking
Mix cottage cheese with mustard. Or hot sauce, or horseradish, or garlic. Get pasta for our roll - a low-calorie alternative to mayonnaise, and melted cheese.
Spread a thin layer of cheese on a piece of pita bread.
Vegetables cut small cubes, carrots and turnip shred on a grater. Greens coarsely chop. Spread evenly on a sheet of lavash. Options: - cucumber, sweet pepper, parsley (pictured); - carrots, lettuce, peppers, etc. Can be a bit of salt and pepper. But, to my taste, quite acutely, salt and pepper excessive.

Roll of pita rolls, cover with cling film and leave on the table for 10-15 minutes. Or to put it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
