Orange-chocolate cupcake
A great combination of orange and chocolate. Cupcake is a very delicate structure, with gorgeous, rich aroma.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Sugar

    120 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

  • Orange

    2 piece

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Chocolate milk

    140 g

  • Butter

    25 g

Cooking

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, a pinch of salt. Grate the zest of one orange. Squeezing the juice from oranges, measure out 125 ml. Add milk, egg and grated zest.

Orange mass pour into the flour mix.

Melt the chocolate (I'm not doing this in a water bath, and a small fire, melted very quickly and never had nothing burnt).

Pour the chocolate into the dough, all mix well. Spread the batter in the pan, greased (if silicone, it is not necessary). Bake at a temperature of about 200 deg. 40-45 minutes.

Let cool slightly in shape, then removed.

To prepare glaze, melt the remaining chocolate, remove from heat, put butter into it and stir, when butter has dissolved put the icing on the cake. All ready. Bon appetit!
