Description
This is my first Turkish dessert, cook it for a year, it's simple and insanely delicious! I love Turkish delight, but most of all those, who are imbued with the sweet sugar sorbet, they are soft, moist and just melt in your mouth.

Cooking
In a deep bowl, pour 2 stack. of flour, make a hole in the middle and break an egg, sugar, melted margarine, semolina, soda and vanilla.
Stir something in the middle, gradually mixing with the flour.
Hands knead the dough, if too thin, add more flour, the batter should be like earlobe.
Shape the meatballs slightly larger than a walnut. To put our balls on a greased with sunflower oil form. Each ball in the middle to drown in the walnuts (or almonds, hazelnuts).
Put it into the preheated oven and bake at 180 C until Browning (about 20 min).
In a pan pour 3 cups of water, pour 2 stack. sugar and put half of the lemon. On high heat bring to a boil, then lower the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, let cool.
Pull from the oven a couple and pour the warm syrup, leave to soak for at least 3 hours. Instead of nuts you can sprinkle the finished sekerpare coconut. Bon appetit!!!
