Description

Yorkshire mini puddings by Jamie Oliver
Yorkshire pudding is a traditional English pudding of Yorkshire. Is made from batter and usually served with roast beef and gravy. I just love George. Oliver. This is my favorite cook. So as soon as I saw these beauties in his performance, ran to the kitchen. And today decided to experiment. I dare say, very successfully. Come on in, help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

step-0
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. In 10 minutes she warmed up, we have everything ready.
step-1
Mix in a bowl the flour with the milk, add a pinch of salt, whisk it all up with a mixer until smooth.
step-2
Still whisking, add the egg. All the dough is ready.
step-3
Before you fill the molds, put them for 1 minute in the oven. Take out the muffin from the oven and brush with olive or vegetable oil.
step-4
Now fill our test molds. I half filled an ordinary test, but the rest of the dough and added green onions. I love him very much.
step-5
Here you can experiment and add what you want. I tried it with ham, also very very good. Sent our form in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. And forget about the pudding and the oven do not open so that they are not settled.
step-6
Then get our beauties. And served with meat and gravy (how they do it in Yorkshire). In my subjective opinion these sweets can be served with anything. With your favorite sauce, for example.
step-7
With any salad. Instead of bread to the first meal. And you can just a Cup of tea or coffee. And my toddler and nothing to drag.
step-8
Inside they are soft. Having tried to cook them once, now always mix a double portion. I hope you like it as much as us!!! BON APPETIT!!!
