I tried different ways to marinate the cheese, but this way I especially liked. Recipe found on the website "Cooking recipes Lizaveta". Onions, maslinka, wine - give a special flavor to the marinade. This cheese goes well on sandwiches, in salads, good beer and not only... I love eating it with crunchy toast (watering marinade from the cheese) and tomatoes...

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Olives

    12 piece

  • Rosemary

  • Dry white wine

    0.25 cup

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

  • Black pepper

Cooking
