Appetizer of liver and pickled cucumbers
A simple snack that would be an original look on the table.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Beef liver

    300 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Pickled cucumber

    100 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

Onions and carrots peel and cut arbitrarily.

Onion and carrot fry in vegetable oil until transparent, add the chopped small pieces of liver and fry. Season with salt and pepper, add the chopped garlic, pour the cream and to extinguish under a cover on slow fire to readiness of a liver. Then add the butter. To break the vegetables with the liver in a blender and cool.

Cucumbers cut into very small dice. I used cucumbers TM 6 Acres Gherkins crispy.

With a spoon take a little of the paste, form balls and roll well on all sides in cucumber.
