I already wrote that our city begins the village of Lugansk, which nearly all consists entirely of greenhouses. Go through it and see the domes of greenhouses and plastic and glass... And form what is weird. But now not about it. In the village lives one of our friend who often regales us with fresh vegetables herbs. That was the last time she brought a bunch of cucumbers! And we still have not eaten... and fed up as an ordinary vegetable salad. So I began to think how to diversify. And that's what I got. the Salad is cooked very quickly and affordable products. And the taste of it is still not beaten. Try it!

By the way, just say: chicken was not at home, so I just cut off the chicken legs (they were even in the fridge!) meat. It and used! ;-) Oh, and the carrots I first put in a salad wasn't going. And then wanted to add something else for color (and amount! what a sin to conceal!!! :-P ). On the bottom of the dish, I put sliced rings of pickles. Half of all servings. And part left for the next layer. Cucumber a little salt and pepper to taste.
On top of the cucumbers I put chicken meat, fried in my favorite way (original entry here). Just in case I repeat. Meat should fry in vegetable oil on high heat 3 min. Reduce heat, pour 2 tbsp of soy sauce and cook for another 3 minutes, All the meat is ready!
On top of the meat went grated carrots. Here I let the curtain drop and still missed this layer with sour cream :-D (and minascom). Myself I calmed very well: that the carrots gave useful carotene, it is necessary to eat only fats! :-[ However, without sour cream it was safe to do!
Then I repeated the layers to be sure: once a layer of cucumbers and again a good choice. It remains only to decorate the salad greens and serve. Personally, yesterday we had a great dinner in this salad!
