My husband has a friend who loves to drink tea vprikusku with sugar (lump sugar). But this sugar was not (a friend had promised to come) and I remembered that my dad's mom always made a delicious sugar and decided to try to remember the taste of childhood...

Cooking
Cocoa mix with sugar.
Put on fire and bring to boil. Constantly stir. After boiling, add butter.
Cook until thick (should be like a very thick jam) and dark (brown) color. It took me 20 minutes.
Pour into mold (I used a plastic container) and let stand for a little frozen (5-10 minutes).
Allow to cool completely and break into pieces.
