Cookies with walnuts and prunes
Light, crumbly, literally melting in the mouth biscuits filled with fragrant nuts and sour plums! Come on, have a treat!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Prunes

    100 g

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt
