Banana chocolate jam
Very tasty, fragrant, unusual jam. Recipe found on "SAI 7 info". Perfect for pancakes and as a filling in cakes, and just as a dessert.

Ingredients

  • Banana

    3 piece

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Orange juice

    50 ml

Cooking

Bananas whipped in the blender to puree. Add sugar and juice.

The banana mixture to the boil over medium heat, 5-7 minutes.
