Don't laugh at the name, just my husband didn't know what to call it "work" and just for fun turned out so well)))) In General, thick vegetable soup (or soup, as you like) with lamb, fragrant, bright and simply delicious... From what it was))))) Ate here despite the 35-degree heat...
Ingredients

Cooking
Boil broth (saturated) with a bunch of dill for the smell (we put not cut, then removed), meat removed, cut into small pieces. Some onions and pan-fried until Golden brown
Shred the cabbage, peppers (we had 3 colors - yellow, red and green), tomatoes cut into cubes
Put the cabbage into the boiling broth, when it is half cooked, add meat
Send in soup tomatoes, followed by peppers
When the soup is almost ready, put chopped garlic (you can probably be put down, but we love it finely chop), and coriander. Don't know about spices, but we didn't put anything else, although I think that the pepper peas will not be worse)
Just a couple of minutes remove from the heat and you can eat... Thick, rich and flavorful, what more do you need? Sonny little was eating from my plate so that I was almost nothing left)
