Cooking
Corn on the cob, wash, dry paper towel.
A clove of garlic and grate ginger on the smallest grater to a pulp. Slice the Chile into thin slices.
Melt the butter in the microwave until soft (I added a bit of olive), then garlic, ginger, salt, black pepper powder, mix well.
Lubricating the ears with a brush with oil and spices, sprinkle with oregano, chilli peppers. Wrap it in foil. Bake on the grill at 190* 20-40 minutes, depending on the variety of corn. Love this recipe with boiled quail eggs. Very tasty.
