Buckwheat with fish, in sour cream and cheese
Very tasty casserole, I recommend to prepare. Cream nourishes the buckwheat, giving it juiciness. Fish adds flavor and aroma. The cheese adds the saltiness.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    2 cup

  • Fish

    700 g

  • Sour cream

    400 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Tomato

    3 piece

Buckwheat boil, fish fry until Golden brown (better to take a fillet or frozen fish to remove the bones). In a greased baking dish, spread the buckwheat is not very thick.
