Rolls of eggplant
Simple, easy-to-prepare dish for eggplant lovers.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    500 g

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Roast eggplant in the oven (in the microwave, it's faster), peel and chop into a puree. Add spices, ground garlic, salt, semolina. Mix well.

Passeruem finely chopped carrots with the onions (cut into rings), tomato (cut into cubes). Add spices. Cook ground walnuts. 1 tbsp eggplants to make the cake, put the fried (cooled) vegetables, they are again the cake of eggplant. Connect the edges.

Roll in the nuts. Fry in vegetable oil on both sides.

Eggplant in walnut breading juicy and not greasy. You can just make patties out of the eggplant. To mashed eggplant, add the sauce - 2 tbsp, oatmeal - about 2 cups, mix well. Let stand for 15-20 minutes, then mix well until smooth, shape small cutlets breaded them in the nuts and fry in vegetable oil.
