Cooking
First prepare the fillings. Raisins and cranberries are washed in hot water, put in separate bowls and pour the rum. Instead of rum you can use brandy, liqueur or berry naliwajko.
Ground poppy seeds (I namolla using the grinder) pour into a saucepan, pour the milk and, stirring constantly, over medium heat cook until thick, which will happen almost immediately. Pour the sugar, vanilla sugar and cook until boiling fluid at the end add the raisins along with the rum, also add here and rum from the cranberries, a little boil. The whole procedure takes approximately 15 minutes. Most importantly, all the time carefully stirred. Ready stuffing to cool. To save time it is possible to prepare in advance.
The cheese is slipping off the sugar, vanilla sugar, semolina and egg. Add the cranberries, mix well. Try sugar, you may need to add to taste.
Sift flour, mix with baking powder, yeast, sugar and salt.
Add the egg and sour cream. Stir with a spoon.
Add the sunflower oil without smell and warm milk. Knead the dough. If necessary add a little milk. To put it in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
Approached a soft dough roll out into a large premogovnik. If possible, as I have, wonky, nothing to worry about. Mentally divide it into 4 equal parts and the knife is easy to designate boundaries (the dough does not penetrate). To make it easier to transfer the pie on a baking sheet, the dough is better to roll out directly on the baking paper.
On the middle two strips, to spread the poppy filling. Try to put the filling closer to the center line, but free space.
One free end of the test to pass through both strips of poppy filling.
In the formed hole in the middle put the cheese filling. Better to do it with a plastic bag with a cut corner.
Now the other free end of the test, on the other hand perelazit through the stuffing. Unfortunately, the photos I have, but I think that everything is clear. We would like to close the free end of the dough on top the filling and fasten the dough, the resulting loaf was not developed. Top and bottom tuck the ends.
Transfer pie to baking tray lined with baking paper ( if you are rolling out dough directly on the paper). Give him a time for 15 minutes. With a brush to grease cake sunflower oil, and then water. Bake pie in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
The finished cake to cool and already cold sprinkle with powdered sugar. With tea or milk - it's just a fairy tale!
