Spanish dessert
Has long wanted to make Churros - fried dessert based on choux pastry. This option is for you if you want flavored dessert but not too sweet, with a quick and easy to prepare. I looked at the website recipes Churros - not so much, and they still differ from the one that I want to offer you. PS please don't "throw" sneaker, if the search gave me not all the recipes. Thank you for understanding.

    100 ml

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Flour

    120 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

  • Brown sugar

    80 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

Cooking

step-0
Place in a bowl of water, butter, sugar and salt. Put on medium heat. As soon as the butter melts, add at once flour.
step-1
Mix well until the dough is smooth and will roll into a ball (it usually occupied about 3 min). Remove from heat and allow to cool 3-5 min.
step-2
One by one enter the eggs. Do not be afraid that when you add the eggs the dough will begin to lose its homogeneity and separate into pieces. Continue to knead until smooth. IMPORTANT: the next egg to enter only after the dough is completely combined with the first and became homogeneous. The resulting dough should be smooth and shiny.
step-3
Separately mix brown sugar (can be plain) and cinnamon - for sprinkling (best done in a deep dish). We shift the dough in a pastry bag. Heat the pan with oil for frying. Using a pastry bag to isolate the strips of dough with a length of 5-10 cm, helping to trim with scissors or a sharp knife.
step-4
Fry until Golden brown. Once removed churros, immediately dip each in sugar mixture (to better remove with a slotted spoon, allowing to drain excess oil). Let them cool slightly - done! Spain next.
