Prepare the ingredients.
In a small amount of warm buttermilk dissolve the yeast and sugar, let stand for half an hour.
Of the remaining yogurt and a small amount of flour knead the batter (as for pancakes), add to it the present mixture of yogurt, yeast and sugar. Put the bowl of dough in a warm place for 2-3 hours.
When the dough begins to rise, add the flour and knead a stiff dough (as for cakes).
Carefully knead the dough, several times a good beating, it should not stick to your hands.
Ready-made ground fill-half, cover with a cloth and let rise.
Risen dough put in a preheated oven, bake at 200 °C until cooked.
