Potato and chicken soup with cauliflower
My husband is a desperate enemy of the soups they asked for more.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    800 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Cauliflower

    200 g

  • Sour cream

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Water

From chicken breast to cook the broth. Drain the meat from the bones. Peel the vegetables, wash. Onion cut into small cubes, carrots grate on a grater. In butter fry the onions until transparent, add the carrots. Sauté the vegetables for 5 minutes on low heat.

Potatoes and cabbage cut into not large.

Add to the onions and markovochka. Cover with the broth. Add chicken.

Cook for 30-35 minutes. Empty into a separate bowl of broth, vegetables blend.

Dilute the resulting puree soup to desired consistency. Better not to do very liquid. Season with spices, in a bowl put the Basil leaves and sour cream. Bon appetit!
