Cake
This cake does not contain excess dough, because while cooking use a thin pita. But how many vitamins from zucchini and the first spring greens!

Ingredients

  • Pita

    4 piece

  • Zucchini

    400 g

  • Ricotta

    200 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Cooking

Zucchini grate on a coarse grater, add the soy sauce, a pinch of sugar and leave to marinate.

Cheese also grate, mash ricotta with a fork, mix all together with eggs.

Finely chop the onion and garlic, crumble the herbs.

Mix the zucchini together in the resulting juice, greens and cheese mixture.

The leaves of pita to trim the size of the form (I 22х30 cm), which grease with vegetable oil.

Top the pita (for "bling") I cut 2-inch strips and made a braid. Pie to grease with egg and bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
