Cucumber slices
Hello!!! We have this year's extraordinary crop of cucumbers!!! Put a lot of jars Zelentsov "in Bulgarian", and cucumbers all grow and grow - just no time on processing them... And here, just by the way, I use the recipe my friend. In this way roll up the cucumbers for my son for the third year - he loves these cucumber slices! ATTENTION!!! THE RECIPE GIVEN IS BASED ON ONE (1) HALF-GALLON JAR!!!

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

  • Carrots

    6 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Dill

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1.5 Tbsp

Cooking

First, prepare jars. I not pre-sterilized, but simply "vigaria" in the sun.

Cucumbers (as you can see, varying degrees of maturity) fill with cold water, wash and cut the stems.

Carrot peel and cut into slices

On the bottom of the prepared jars, put a few sprigs of dill

5 - 6 slices of carrot, a few cloves of garlic

The rest of the space filled with slices of cucumbers.

Now NOTE: IN EACH JAR, put 2 tsp of sugar,

1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp vinegar,

Pour on the shoulders with COLD boiled water (because I have spring water, I do NOT pre-BOIL)

Top pour vegetable oil - 1.5 tbsp

Close the lids and sterilize 15 minutes (after boiling). Roll. Turn over and leave to cool. Don't wrap it up. Are very good.
