Delicious, hearty, flavorful, almost dieticheskie, and if you use the boiling bags from the Mistral, it is still very fast. Taste?

Cooking
In a saucepan with a thick bottom to heat the oil. Add the onion, diced.
Add the carrots, grated on a coarse grater.

Use rice bags - the perfect solution for a quick dinner. Parboiled rice and cooked for a few minutes, significantly faster than conventional rice.

Rice and add to vegetables.
Fluid (in this case tomato juice plus water), add two times more than rice. For this we measured the amount of rice.
Add salt, pepper, stir, bring to a boil. The fire abated and cook 15 minutes, as much and cooked the rice in the bag. Stir several times to avoid burning. If liquid is not enough, add a little boiling water.
