Carrots in cream
Try to offer to You a delicious side dish or a great dish on its own. Our family is large, children, like most children, I just love carrots, so very often I cook them is very simple, but no less tasty delicacy.

Ingredients

  • Shallots

    1 piece

  • Cream

    120 ml

  • Carrots

    350 g

  • Brown sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Greens

    3 sprig

Cooking

Shallots cut into feathers, carrot cubes or slices, as You like. I have mini carrots and I cut it in half.

Melt the butter.

Add the carrots with the onions.

Add sugar and salt. For this dish I use a small cane sugar TM Mistral. Simmer for about 10 minutes.

Greens cut.

Mix the cream and parsley.

Add in carrots and sauté for about 5 minutes.
