It would seem, anything interesting to cook this simple and almost tasteless vegetable. But it seems at first glance. There are quite a few decent dishes from zucchini – casual or festive. "Teschin language" is one of them.

Cooking
Young zucchini wash and cut into lengthwise thin slices. When all the zucchini is sliced, salt them and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Prepare the filling: cut the Cheese into small thin slices.
Garlic peel and squeeze through a press, add to the mayonnaise (instead of mayonnaise you can take the sour cream).
Tomatoes cut into slices or cubes.
For the batter, lightly whisk the eggs.
First coat squash language in flour.
Then dip in the beaten egg.
In a pan heat the oil. Fry the zucchini on medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Remove the slices to a plate covered with a paper towel.
Hot zucchini mayonnaise with garlic.
On one side put a slice of cheese on the other slice of tomato. And sprinkle with dill.
Turn zucchini roll, starting from the edge, where is the tomato. Spread on a plate so that the edge was at the top. Top secured with a toothpick.
Snack "Teschin language" of zucchini ready. Feeding "Teschin language" can be both hot and cold.
