Turkey meatballs
I love less dishes. Cakes work for my taste, excellent! Maybe this recipe is useful for those who are dieting.

Ingredients

  • Minced Turkey

    300 g

  • Cheese

    180 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Salt

Cooking

Chop the onion in a blender. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, minced meat, onion dill. Season with salt to taste.

Mix well minced meat in the bowl, Pat (to beat) for 1 minute.

Wet hands to form patties

Preheat a grill pan. On a dry griddle cook the patties, fry until strips.

Transfer to a baking sheet, on parchment or a silicone Mat. And bake in a preheated oven to 190 degrees, the baking time by 10-15 minutes. Serve with your favourite side dish.
