Description
To be honest - I have no words!! SUCH a result was not expecting anyone, and yet... the Whole point is that they are only visible with the top crust, the inside is rich cream on wet chocolate base and mascarpone - and it's warm and a little fluid. When they have cooled, it will settle - don't worry. Store them in a covered form. The next day they no longer flow are not - they are simply delicious and wet. And who is more "fluid" option you like - then simply send them on a little in the microwave. Do not throw, please, the Slippers in their appearance - and should be!! This is from the category of "Unpresentable, but the taste is all forgiving" the Husband still can not move - all in the memories!!! Help yourself and you!!!

Cooking
First of all, prepare the paper cups for muffins, 12-13 Grand. Then proceed... First make the dough: the Chocolate and butter cut into pieces and melt in a water bath until a homogeneous mass. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
While cools, beat in a bowl the eggs and add sugar.
Beat on high speed 7 minutes, until the mixture becomes almost white.
In the sugar-egg mixture pour in the melted butter and chocolate. Mix well.
Add salt, cocoa and flour with baking powder. Mix well until smooth.
Collect muffins: molds for muffins to insert paper cups (a must!!! otherwise you'll have to eat them right out of shape!! :)) Half fill the ramekins with half of the chocolate batter.
Put the mascarpone - not over the entire surface - leaving a small edging free. It is better that mascarpone was straight from the fridge.
From top to put the broken pieces of the chocolate piece by piece on each muffin.
And close the remaining dough filling - top layer of dough should "meet" the bottom.
Send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes. As you'll see that muffin caps cracked - it means everything - it's time to take out.
The finished muffins to give 10-15 minutes to stand in the way!! Then carefully, preferably helping himself to anything, to get them. That's all!!! Bon APPETIT!!!
