Mom's recipe, twice I failed and finally succeeded. Very tasty, sharp, aromatic. For lovers of cilantro and eggplant. Can banks close on the Borodino bread bake in the oven.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    3 piece

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Vinegar

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Spices

My eggplant. I made 3 servings.

Clean. I didn't clear, but it is better to clean. Cut into slices with a width of about 0.5 cm.

Sprinkle generously with salt on both sides and leave for 15-20 mins (can be more, went to the bitterness).

While the eggplant under salt, prepare the marinade (sauce): cut the cilantro, squeeze out the garlic, add vinegar, oil (I used unrefined, aromatic), salt, sand, spices, you can add spicy ketchup spoon (I have not added).

Fry the eggplant on both sides.

Put one in a container, top with a teaspoon on each slice, put the mixture on top lay the next batch of fried eggplant, and again mix. Left it to soak.

Can be put immediately into sterilized jars.

You can cut Borodino bread, each slice dipped in the remaining mixture.

Spread on a baking sheet. Put ready eggplants...

...and bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. the Bread will be crispy. Bon appetit.
