Sugar and walnut puff pastry roses
Who doesn't love delicious, aromatic, crispy baked puff pastry? It's perfect for Breakfast and lunch, children and adults, holiday and every day! And if it is to cook with love and to make beautiful, you can present a gift to a favorite friend! :)

Ingredients

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    130 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Nuts

The puff pastry is cooked in a "lazy" recipe. But this dough is no worse, because the quality is the same delicious, aromatic, lush and with a Golden crust. Sifted flour and butter chop with a knife. In cold boiled water to dilute the sugar and salt, add in the flour and butter and quickly knead elastic dough. Flour is different, so refer to your dough you add flour or water. The dough should not spread out when you gather it into a ball.

Wrap the dough in cling film and put in fridge for 1.5-2 hours. Get through 2hours of chilled dough, roll out to a thickness of 0.5 cm, a folded envelope and roll out again. The envelope procedure is repeated for 3-4 times. All the dough is ready. But who seem to and this process is time-consuming, you can buy ready-made.

On the rolled out dough cut out circles. I cut regular glass. Each circle cut in half.
