The recipe of pickled cucumbers to do the salt and rid them of the taste of the vinegar , to make a very strong , crisp. Recipe download request. Know that the recipe may need a small number of people like me . Living in France I can buy everywhere pickled cucumbers. Only bio-departments of some stores(Expensive) or in Russian stores. But there are almost always inedible But pickled are everywhere and are cheap . So I think that somebody will use this recipe. If so, I'd be happy.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    1 can

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Dill

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

Take any cucumbers.Even very acidic(sharp )There are cucumbers that when you eat it seems that it's not just cucumbers and vinegar. Completely drained pickle relish .Fill the cucumbers with boiling water.When cool drain the water and repeat ,fill with boiling water and wait until cool .Drain off the water. Then add in a jar of cucumber Soda+salt+dill (I had dried)+sliced garlic .You can add a Bay leaf .And again fill with boiling water .Lid not closing until the end of the reaction the brine has cooled .Put the jar in the fridge for a day.All .Feel the difference.))Cucumbers are strong ,salted with the smell of garlic.No taste or smell of vinegar.
